Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; If you have a custom order made, I will be informing you via email about the processsing time and details.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.
- Estimated delivery times:Domestic (within 1-2 business days) Typically, Internationally (within 7-30 business days.
- Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by postal delays or customs.
Order Tracking
- All shipped orders include tracking information when available.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Packaging

Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
Because artwork is unique and delicate, Nicole Pissouriou Art accepts returns under limited conditions:
- Original art: Final sale; returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged.
- Prints or merchandise: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
To request a return, contact Nicole Pissouriou Art at nicolepissouriou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email nicolepissouriou@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
I will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Nicole Pissouriou Art is at fault or the product arrived damaged.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for prints or merchandise if you received the wrong item.
- Original artworks cannot be exchanged.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped or production has not begun.
- Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be cancelled once creation has started.
